From my first phone conversation with Stephanie (SVP) to my various exchanges with Shaun (GM), every aspect of my interaction with Renn Haus was of the highest quality. I knew very quickly that I could trust the Renn Haus team with my BMW. The team diagnosed my car's issues quickly and were able to complete the repairs in one day and for a very fair price. Stephanie even arranged an Enterprise rental car for me so that I would not be without transportation for the day.
